NATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE performance sports training centre offer individualized programs that are adjusted by the time of year (in-season, off-season and pre-season), as well as the athletes physical development and weekly schedule. From annual memberships to a 16 week summer program to help the player get in shape or improve mechanics before the season starts to a 6 week or 8 week series of pre-season sessions for increasing speed, power and agility, the training programs are constructed to help every athlete achieve their performance goals.
